G.L. Heller Co. is looking for hardworking, dependable employees for an entry level CNC machine operator position. Knowledge of CNC Machining and relevant tasks is preferred but not a requirement as we will provide on the job training for specific tasks.

​Minimum requirements include:

• Highschool Diploma or GED

• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16”

• General math skills are necessary

• ​Reading and following detailed work instructions

• Keeping a safe & organized work environment

• Strong teamwork & communication skills

• Self-motivated with attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

• Experience operating CNC Lathes or Milling Machines

• Ability to use a variety of inspection tools/equipment

  • Calipers, Micrometers, comparator etc.​

• Read and interpret blueprints to determine dimensions and tolerance specifications

Pay based upon experience and knowledge of CNC Machining.
