The G.L. Heller Company Time Line

1972– The bussiness started in the basement of the current owners house in Whitehouse, Ohio. The company started out making special machines and parts.

June 1974– Moved into the 4,000 sqft. building located on Industrial Parkway, still making special machines (Conveyors and Misc. Machines).

1980- Gary and Jean purchased the companies first 1st CNC milling machine  and 1st CNC Lathe

1987– After graduating high school, Gary’s oldest son Todd Heller entered the machining business. The company also built a new 2,500 sqft. addition on to the buildin.

1990– Gary’s youngest son Brian graduated high school and also joined the family busines.

1998– Added another 4,000 sqft. on to the existing building.

2004– Added on to the existing building again but this time adding 6,500 sqft.

2009– Constructed and additional building to bring the total shop size to 30,000 sqft.


G.L. Heller Company is currently owned by Gary and Jean Heller. Most of the day to day operations are being handled by Todd Heller as Plant manager, and Brian Heller handling the shipping and recieving department.
